Ruijie Networks announced a strategic leadership transition and regional realignment for its operations in Türkiye. Effective immediately, Türkiye will be integrated into Ruijie's European region, reporting directly to Robin Lee, Director of Europe and Central Asia Region, Ruijie SBG. This new structure is designed to accelerate growth and deepen Ruijie’s long-term commitment to the Turkish market.

The transition from the previous Middle East and Africa structure to the European region is designed to leverage synergies, enhance strategic focus, and drive accelerated growth in Türkiye by tapping into the European region's robust resources and management expertise.

New Leadership Structure to Drive Growth

A new leadership team has been appointed to execute this evolved strategy:

Robin Lee, Director of Europe and Central Asia Region, Ruijie SBG, will assume overall responsibility for the integrated region's strategic direction, partner ecosystem development, and business operations. Based in Europe, Robin brings 16 years of extensive experience in the ICT industry, with a proven track record in enterprise networking, channel management, and cross-regional business leadership.

Feliz Qin has been appointed as the new Regional Manager of Türkiye. With nine years of diverse ICT experience spanning sales, partner management, and market development, Feliz possesses deep market insight. He will be responsible for leading all in-country activities, with a sharp focus on strengthening local partnerships, expanding Ruijie's market presence, and ensuring superior customer success.
