1.2 Requirements
The system can be upgraded from a previousversion.
1.3 Important Points to Remember
l Upgrade can be performed in the field only aftersuccessful experimental verification.
l Please perform a database backup beforeupgrading the device.
l Please do not power off the device, reset thesystem or remove any modules if a failure prompt appears.
1.2 Upgrade Procedure
(1) Connectthe PC to the LAN port of the device and set the IP address of the PC to Obtainan IP address automatically
(2) Opena browser, enter 192.168.110.1 into the address bar of the browser and pressEnter.
(3) Navigateto Network Setup to configure the network and enter homepage.
(4) Navigateto System > Upgrade > Local Upgrade. Click Browse,select an upgrade file (e.g., EG_3.0(1)B11P202_EG105G_09242811.tar.gz) andclick Upload.

(5) Enterhomepage to check the version number. If the software version is displayed asfollows, the upgrade is successful; If not, you need to try the upgrade versionagain
