1.2 Requirements
The system can be upgraded from a previousversion.
1.3 Important Points to Remember
l Upgradecan be performed in the field only after successful experimental verification.
l Pleaseperform a database backup before upgrading the device.
l Pleasedo not power off the device, reset the system or remove any modules if afailure prompt appears.
1.4 Upgrade Procedure
(1) Connect the PC to the LAN port of the device andset the IP address of the PC to Obtain an IP address automatically
(2) Open a browser, enter 192.168.110.1 into the addressbar of the browser and press Enter.
(3) Navigate to Network Setup to configure thenetwork and enter homepage.
(4) Navigate to [System]>> [Upgrade]>>[Local Upgrade] menu item. Click <Browse>, select anupgrade file (e.g., EG_3.0(1)B11P210_EG310G-E_09242906.tar.gz) and click Upload.

(5) Enter homepage to check the version number. Ifthe software version is displayed as follows, the upgrade is successful; Ifnot, you need to try the upgrade version again
